Working Site Supervisor Residential Construction

We're looking for a hands-on construction professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate is capable of managing daily jobsite operations while actively contributing to project execution and maintaining our high standards for quality and client service. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and ensure projects remain on scheduleMaintain clean, organized, and professional jobsitesCoordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeownersReview plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of workMonitor quality and craftsmanship throughout all phases of constructionIdentify and resolve field issues proactivelyManage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce coordinationEnforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA complianceTrack project progress using Buildertrend and other construction management toolsEnsure all work is completed to company standards and client expectations Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction site supervision experience preferredStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practicesExperience with custom homes and high-end residential renovationsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesCommitment to quality workmanship and attention to detailValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work in physically demanding environments and lift construction materials as needed Preferred Qualifications OSHA certificationExperience with remodeling and occupied residential projectsProficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management softwareCarpentry experience and ability to safely operate common construction tools
