About the role
Join us in our mission as a Residential Site Supervisor at Catholic Charities Disabilities Services. You will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Responsibilities
- The overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)
- Working in tandem with an individual’s support team, including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well-rounded, person-centered supports
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
- A high school diploma/GED is required; higher education is preferred
- Two years of experience providing excellent care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting

Pay
- Minimum Salary: $22.75/hour
- Maximum Salary: $24.75/hour
Schedule
- Full-time
- We offer a differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday
