The working foreman shall supervise employees and occasionally operate both light and heavy equipment. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in all dealings with the public and administrative staff. Working knowledge of proper construction and installation methods related to highway projects. All duties must be carried out in all kinds of weather at all times of the year. The position requires moderate physical strength. CDL B with air brakes endorsement is required.
