Responsibilities
- Manage user access and administration within Adobe Workfront
- Train new users and provide troubleshooting support for Workfront-related issues
- Process requests for workflow updates, reporting, and system enhancements
- Generate and distribute required reports while maintaining proper documentation
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule
- Ensure projects align with business objectives and established processes
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Support continuous process improvements and operational efficiency
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, advertising agency, or related environments
- Experience administering or supporting Adobe Workfront preferred
- Knowledge of marketing workflow, creative development, and compliance review processes
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
About the role
We are seeking a Workfront Coordinator to support the Marketing Operations team.
