About the role

As a Resource Coordinator, your contributions will play a pivotal role in ensuring individuals are equipped, aligned, and mobilized to effectively advance our goals and objectives. You’ll shepherd new hires through the initial orientation and onboarding efforts with a high level of whole-person care, professionalism, and efficiency. You’ll adhere to protocols and procedures for engagements, recordkeeping, data, files, and developments with HRIS and lead management software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to protocols and procedures for engagements, recordkeeping, data, files, and developments using HRIS and lead management software.

Requirements

• Passionate about praying for Bible translation work and seeing lives transformed by God’s Word.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
• Recruiter and nonprofit experience (preferred).

Pay

A typical non-traditional salary for a missionary household is $42,600 to $80,982 annually.
