Responsibilities

• Configure Workforce Software applications to align with client operational standards and business goals.
• Evaluate client HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Deliver high-quality project artifacts, technical designs, and functional documentation.
• Provide strategic guidance to client stakeholders and mentor junior consulting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Management and HR technology implementations.
• Official certification in Workforce Software configuration.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical workflows and communicate insights effectively.
• Active PHR or SHRM-CP professional certifications.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with ADP platforms.
• Strategic advisory experience within enterprise workforce planning environments.
