WorkForce Software, Technical Implementation Consultant

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each client. You will work with project teams to ensure our suite of products is configured to comply with client needs and delivered successfully.
Responsibilities
- Configure the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, etc.) according to client business requirements.
- Comprehend WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements, including correct naming conventions, database impact, customizing templates, troubleshooting settings, and proper sequence of product setting implementation.
- Understand the project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
- Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges.
- Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance in a timely manner.
- Create complex formulas leveraging mathematical and/or programming skills.
- Perform unit and system testing of configured applications to ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in software implementations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with a programming language, preferably JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
- Experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role.
- Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances.
- Ability to work on a dynamic, client-focused team and establish excellent working relationships.
- Ability to travel up to 10% with the potential for international travel.
- Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office are expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.
A college degree is not required if you have the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences include the experience noted above or military experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of WorkForce Software (WFS) and its proprietary language.
- Consulting skills.
- Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
- Experience providing application support for complex software systems.

Pay
Base salary offers for this position range from USD $55,500.00 to USD $103,700.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
