Workforce Planning Manager

About the role

This position involves leading client‑facing workforce transformation initiatives within the Human Capital Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics.
• Oversee cross‑functional teams, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and project delivery.
• Develop thought leadership, tools, resources, and training for workforce transformation.
• Contribute to methodology development, articles, whitepapers, and guides.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, proposals, and client outreach.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or related areas; advisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred.
• Experience designing and leading business transformation initiatives, managing multiple activities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to prioritize, balance deadlines, and operate across organizational levels.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
