Workforce Planning Manager

Role: The Manager in Workforce Planning within Human Capital Advisory leads client-facing workforce transformation initiatives, focusing on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics. Responsibilities Manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service, including stakeholder engagement, workshops, deliverables, and project management.Drive thought leadership, develop tools, resources, and training for workforce transformation projects.Contribute to methodologies, articles, whitepapers, and intellectual capital development.Support business development efforts through opportunity identification, proposals, and client outreach. Qualifications & Skills Minimum five years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; experience in a consulting environment preferred.Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.Proven ability to design and lead business transformation initiatives, manage project portfolios, prioritize tasks, and facilitate stakeholder engagement across organizational levels.Strong project management, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. The role emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to professional growth, with opportunities for ongoing learning and career development. Travel may be required.
