The Workforce Planning team supports Advisor Services by providing demand forecasting, staff supply planning and workforce strategy to optimize customer experience and business outcomes. We partner across service, operations, technology and finance teams to ensure the organization is effectively resourced to meet evolving client and business needs.
This is an individual contributor role where you will serve as a workforce planning professional and strategic business partner supporting demand forecasting, staffing, capacity planning and workforce planning activities across Advisor Services. Assignments may vary based on business priorities, requiring flexibility to support long-term demand planning, short-term demand planning, staff supply planning or integrated workforce planning initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and workforce planning partners to evaluate business trends, operational drivers, workforce needs and staffing implications. Through analytical insights, forecasting expertise, and scenario modeling, you will help leaders make informed workforce decisions that support client, employee and business outcomes.
While the role may focus on demand planning, staff supply planning, or a combination of both, the successful candidate will possess a broad understanding of workforce planning disciplines and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a workforce planning professional and strategic business partner supporting demand forecasting, staffing, capacity planning and workforce planning activities across Advisor Services.
- Support long-term demand planning, short-term demand planning, staff supply planning or integrated workforce planning initiatives based on business priorities.
- Work closely with business leaders and workforce planning partners to evaluate business trends, operational drivers, workforce needs and staffing implications.
- Provide analytical insights, forecasting expertise, and scenario modeling to inform workforce decisions that support client, employee and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of staffing recommendations, hiring plans, workload forecasts, or capacity plans used for business decision-making.
- Leveraged workforce, operational, financial, and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting staffing, productivity, service level, and cost management decisions through analytical modeling.
- Developed workforce recommendations aligned to business strategies, operational goals, financial targets, or growth initiatives.
- Regularly partnered with director-level leaders and above to present workforce analyses and planning recommendations.
- Identified and implemented improvements to forecasting methodologies, workforce planning processes, reporting, or planning tools.

- 5+ years workforce planning experience
