Workforce Planning Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for leading client-facing workforce transformation initiatives within Human Capital Advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams in talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics
• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and workshops
• Develop thought leadership, tools, and training materials
• Contribute to methodology and content creation
• Support business development through opportunity identification and proposals

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, or Organizational Design
• Prior advisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in related fields are a plus
• Proven ability to design and lead business transformation initiatives, manage multiple activities, prioritize effectively, and engage stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Willing to travel as needed
