Workforce Planning Manager

About the role

The role involves leading client-facing workforce transformation initiatives focused on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics within a Human Capital Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service through stakeholder management, workshops, and project oversight.
• Driving the development of thought leadership, tools, resources, and training related to workforce transformation.
• Contributing to the creation and evolution of methodologies, articles, whitepapers, and guides.
• Supporting business development efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals and client outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; prior advisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development are a plus.
• Experience leading business transformation initiatives, managing project portfolios, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
