Workforce Planning Manager

About the role

Leading client-facing workforce transformation initiatives focused on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics. The Manager will contribute to developing thought leadership, internal tools, and training resources, as well as advancing methodologies through articles and whitepapers. Participation in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposals is also expected.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in Talent Management, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity & Inclusion
• Preferred advisory experience in a consulting setting
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing multiple activities simultaneously
• Ability to engage stakeholders across organizational levels
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced degrees in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred
