Workforce Planning Manager

About the role

A Manager in Workforce Planning within Human Capital Advisory leads client-facing workforce transformation initiatives, focusing on talent development, performance, workforce design, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service, including stakeholder engagement, workshops, and project oversight.
• Drive thought leadership, develop tools, resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts.
• Contribute to methodologies, articles, whitepapers, and guides to advance industry practices.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, proposals, and client outreach.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Organizational Design, or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; advisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in I/O Psychology or Organizational Development preferred.
• Proven ability to design and lead business transformation initiatives, manage project portfolios, and engage stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and human capital best practices.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
