About the role
Serve as the vital onsite partner, orchestrating staffing strategies and fostering strong relationships with clients and associates.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of staffing operations
- Employee relations management
- Payroll administration
- Vendor partnership management
- Ensuring clients' workforce needs are met with precision and care
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in staffing, workforce management, HR, or operations
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
- Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume staffing environments preferred
Nice to have
- Knowledge of OSHA or safety compliance standards
- Experience with vendor management and client reporting
- Bilingual abilities or additional languages
- Certifications in HR or workforce management (e.g., PHR, CPP, or similar)
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 3+ years in staffing, operations, or workforce management within a high-volume setting
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead with urgency and adaptability
Pay
$50-55k+ Commissions
