Join a dynamic environment where the energy of a newsroom, the pace of a trading floor, and the buzz of tech breakthroughs converge. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and quality, fostering a culture that encourages reinvention and community engagement. Here, you can do work you couldn’t do anywhere else—it’s up to you to make it happen.

About the role

The Workforce Intelligence team delivers high-quality workforce data, reporting, and analytics that power evidence-based decisions across the employee lifecycle. We don’t just report what happened—we shape how leaders think about their people, their careers, and the future of the business.

We are seeking a Workforce Intelligence Insights Partner who consistently turns complexity into clarity and data into direction. This role is for someone who can demonstrate how their insights changed decisions, shifted strategies, and delivered measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Create clarity for leaders facing ambiguity to solve complex, high-stakes people challenges.
  • Describe specific situations where you influenced leadership decisions by reframing workforce data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Guide HR business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to understand why an issue mattered, not just what the data showed.
  • Influence leaders toward decisions that result in measurable improvements (e.g., retention, hiring efficiency, workforce planning outcomes).
  • Direct the end-to-end analytics process—from wrangling complex structured and unstructured datasets into actionable business outcomes.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data and analytics methods to analyze People and Talent Analytics focus areas.
  • Lead quarterly or recurring executive reviews to share how data storytelling resulted in concrete actions, policy changes, or strategic pivots.
  • Identify the “what” in prioritized insights and align recommendations to business goals.
  • Share the outcomes achieved after leadership acted on your recommendations.
  • Influence the design of analytics products to continuously improve adoption, usability, and decision-making.
  • Partner with BI and analytics developers to deliver faster insights, better self-service, or improved stakeholder trust.
  • Ensure business teams rely on these tools to guide ongoing decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in advanced people-based analytics directly influencing business outcomes, with at least one year in People Analytics.
  • A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology (disciplines with substantial scientific and quantitative training preferred).
  • Experience presenting high-stakes findings to senior leadership and confidently addressing business issues in real time.
  • Proven experience advising and influencing senior executives, including the C-suite, with HR decision support and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience building QBR (Quarterly Business Review) content end-to-end (storyline, metrics, insights, and recommendations) and confidently presenting QBRs to senior leaders with measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to partner with BI teams and leverage tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms, supported by a strong quantitative foundation.
  • Workday or Avature experience preferred.
  • Track record of translating data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations for teammates of various levels and departments.

Pay

Salary range: $110,000 – $150,000 USD annually, plus benefits and bonus.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive and generous benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • Merit increases and incentive compensation (exempt roles only).
  • Various wellness programs.
