Adjunct Instructor Corporate Training Programs for Workforce Solutions Laurel Ridge Community College
Workforce Solutions is accepting applications for instructors to instruct as part of our Corporate Training Team. These programs may include, but are not limited to: · Leadership Development
· Human Resources and employee engagement/retention
· Strategic Planning
· Assessment instruments & 360 Degree Feedback
· Customer Service
· Motivational Workshops
· Lean and Process Improvement
· Project Management
· Computer and software training
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- Teach as little as one evening per week
- On average earn up to $3,500 on select programs
- Opportunity to become a national certified instructor
- Teach either in updated state-of-art labs, using equipment and tools for hands-on learning with our students or at an corporate location
- For most classes, instructional materials, lessons, tools, and supplies are provided
- Receive the full support of our dedicated staff and lab tech assistant to make you and your students successful
- No previous teaching experience required – if you have the heart to help others learn, we will help you become a great instructor
