  • Part-Time Employee Benefits:

    • Sick Time: Employees accrue sick time at the rate of 1 hour per every 30 hours worked. A maximum of 40 hours may be accrued/taken annually per the NJ state sick leave law.
    • Tuition Waiver: CCM offers tuition waiver for credit and non-credit courses for employees and their eligible dependents.
