Workforce Innovation Adjunct Instructor "Pool" - Business and Leadership Courses
About the Role
Piedmont Technical College Workforce Innovation/Continuing Education Division seeks to build a pool of qualified applicants for adjunct (temporary, part-time) positions to teach Leadership and Business public offering and corporate contract training courses. Instruction may take place at the Lex D. Walters Campus in Greenwood, county campuses in Laurens, Edgefield, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry, and Saluda, or at various community sites.
Responsibilities
Teach courses in the following Business and Leadership categories (list is not exhaustive):
- Supervisory Development
- Leadership
- Communications
- Interpersonal Relations
- Human Resources-related topics
- Train-the-Trainer
- Project Management
- Time Management
- Customer Service
- Computer Software courses
- Other professional development subjects

Requirements
Minimum requirements vary by instruction area. Generally, applicants should meet one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Equivalent work experience
- Relevant certifications
- Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter
