Workforce Innovation Adjunct Instructor "Pool" - Business and Leadership Courses

About the role

Piedmont Technical College Workforce Innovation/Continuing Education Division seeks to build a pool of qualified applicants for adjunct (temporary, part-time) positions to teach Leadership and Business public offering and corporate contract training courses at the Lex D. Walters Campus in Greenwood and/or our county campuses in Laurens, Edgefield, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry, and Saluda, or at various sites within the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Teach Leadership and Business public offering and corporate contract training courses
• Cover categories including, but not limited to:
  • Supervisory Development
  • Leadership
  • Communications
  • Interpersonal Relations
  • Human Resources-related topics
  • Train-the-Trainer
  • Project Management
  • Time Management
  • Customer Service
  • Computer Software courses
  • Other professional development subjects

Schedules will vary depending on course type and needs.

Requirements

• Minimum requirements are dependent upon the area of instruction
• Generally, applicants should hold a bachelor's degree, which may be substituted with equivalent work experience, certifications, and/or demonstrated expertise in a particular subject matter
