Workforce Innovation Adjunct Instructor "Pool" - Business and Leadership Courses
About the Role
Piedmont Technical College Workforce Innovation/Continuing Education Division seeks to build a pool of qualified applicants for adjunct (temporary, part-time) positions to teach Leadership and Business public offering and corporate contract training courses. Courses may be held at the Lex D. Walters Campus in Greenwood, county campuses in Laurens, Edgefield, Abbeville, McCormick, Newberry, and Saluda, or at various sites within the communities served.
Responsibilities
Teach courses in the following categories, though not limited to:
- Supervisory Development
- Leadership
- Communications
- Interpersonal Relations
- Human Resources-related topics
- Train-the-Trainer
- Project Management
- Time Management
- Customer Service
- Computer Software courses
- Other professional development subjects

Requirements
Minimum requirements vary by instruction area. Generally, applicants should meet one of the following:
- Hold a bachelor's degree
- Possess equivalent work experience
- Hold relevant certifications
- Demonstrate expertise in the subject matter

Schedules vary depending on course type and needs.
