Workforce Development Program Manager
About the role
The Talent Pipeline Program Manager supports the growth and viability of all aspects of talent pipeline management by coordinating, managing, and facilitating alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives. The Program Manager exercises independent discretion and shows initiative to develop and sustain initiatives that support the talent pipeline program. Creative approaches to improvement plans, reporting, data collection, monitoring, and analysis of trends are keys to success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and facilitate alignment between multiple key projects and initiatives related to talent pipeline management.
- Develop and sustain initiatives that support the talent pipeline program.
- Show initiative and creativity in improving plans, reporting, data collection, monitoring, and analysis of trends.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to create cohesion among stakeholders and alignment toward achievement of developing a continuous pipeline of future diverse employees to meet the workforce needs.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
- 3 years of background in population health, education, recruitment, and/or workforce diversity
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or similar field
- Knowledge of workforce diversity and recruitment strategies
