About the role

The WIOA Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to individuals seeking employment services.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop individualized employment plans
  • Coordinate with employers and other service providers to facilitate job placements
  • Provide counseling and guidance on career development and job search strategies
  • Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in employment services or related field
  • Knowledge of WIOA and other workforce development programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with case management software

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Pay

$45,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
