Career Pathways Case Management Participant Support Specialist (WIOA)

Goddard Riverside is a well-established Manhattan community-based agency with an annual operating budget of approximately $50 million. As one of New York City’s leading human service organizations, we meet the basic needs of children, youth and families, homeless people, and older adults across Manhattan and New York City.

The Career Pathways Manager supports participants enrolled in the WIOA GED Program by providing career exploration, postsecondary planning, workforce readiness, and transition services. This position helps participants identify and achieve their educational and employment goals through individualized career planning, assessments, resource coordination, and ongoing support throughout their participation in the program. The Career Pathways Manager also assists with participant intake, onboarding, and academic assessment processes to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide career exploration, postsecondary planning, and workforce readiness services to participants.
• Assist participants in identifying and achieving educational and employment goals through individualized career planning and assessments.
• Coordinate resources and offer ongoing support to participants throughout the program.
• Assist with participant intake, onboarding, and academic assessment processes.

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position.

Pay

Salary range: $50,250 - $55,000. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years of experience in the exact or comparable position, and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday through Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
