About the role
This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position is designed around digital workflows and supports parking-related customer inquiries, service scheduling, field-team communication, client records, billing support, and remote operations coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support people, recruiting, onboarding, training, or workforce workflows connected to parking-related customer inquiries, service scheduling, field-team communication, client records, billing support, and remote operations coordination.
- Maintain accurate records, status updates, schedules, requests, and follow-up items relevant to assigned work.
- Communicate clearly with customers, clients, vendors, partners, or internal team members by email, phone, chat, and shared tools as appropriate.
- Track deadlines, identify missing information or routine exceptions, and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
- Prepare concise updates or reports so work can be reviewed, handed off, and completed on time.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or other web-based business systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific tools and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay
Base compensation: $43,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. All assigned duties are intended to be completed through approved online systems, phone, email, chat, shared documents, or other digital collaboration tools.
