About the role
The Coordinator of Self-Hired Workforce will provide oversight of self-hired workforce matters for CFS Self Direction Services. This includes supporting workforce operations for SDS, such as staff lifecycle, communication, and compliance support.
Responsibilities
- Supports workforce operations for SDS including staff lifecycle, communication, and compliance support.
- Serve as liaison to HR for staff issues including pay inquiries, FMLA, and benefits coordination.
- Serve as liaison to families regarding staff performance, compliance, and service concerns.
- Facilitate staff training and monthly workforce meetings.
- Use dashboards to monitor workforce activity and trends.
- Provide MVV protocol guidance and OT awareness and tracking support (non-payroll).
- Assist with PTO tracking coordination and systems access coordination (Evero, HRIS, email).
- Support additional projects and staff training.
- Respond to roster-related inquiries and handle inbound workforce inquiries.
- Collaborate with SDS team on staffing support.
- Escalate issues to leadership.
- Provide backup coverage and perform related duties.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Comfortable with HRIS/Timekeeping and other software systems.
- Preferred experience with OPWDD Self Direction program.
