Responsibilities
- Management of SharePoint Sites
- Development of weekly announcements using PDF formData entry and analysis
- Trend Analysis
- Interact with government personnel
- Draft formal memos
- Validate project data and perform updates in various government systems including but not limited, NexGen IT, FM Suite and Microsoft Access
- Manage Microsoft Outlook Workflow
- Conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting
- Preparing financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review
- Aiding in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Evaluating investment opportunities and conducting ROI analysis
- Providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize business performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support business initiatives
- Adhering to financial regulations, policies, and procedures
- Aiding in the development and implementation of process improvements within the finance department
- Assisting in ad hoc financial projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in data management/analysis
- 6 years’ related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years’ related work experience and an Associate's Degree may be substituted for a Bachelor's
- Experience must be in construction-related discipline
- Experience with the AF Design and Construction Program desired
- Experience with government automated systems including NexGen IT and FM Suite, is desired
- Experience with SharePoint
- Ability to multi-task is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Basic understanding of Programming
- Thresholds and Approval Authorities
- Planning & Design and Operation & Maintenance funding
- Contract Acquisition process
- Knowledge with Microsoft suite, highly proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat including form development and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent quantitative and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform quantitative analysis
Pay
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Workflow/Financial Data Analyst: $60,000 to $65,000. Pay commensurate with experience.
