Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Workflow Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating daily business workflows, tracking project progress, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently across multiple departments. Compensation

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.

What you'll do

  • Cookier workflows across departments
  • Track project tasks, deadlines, and progress updates
  • Maintain workflow documentation and operational records
  • Monitor task completion and follow up with internal teams
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and workflow summaries
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Update internal databases and business systems
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate project activities
  • Aid managers with operational planning and reporting
  • Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Communicate workflow updates to stakeholders
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, project support, customer service, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive mindset

Nice to have

  • Internship or entry-level administrative experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Planner
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems
  • Knowledge of workflow or process improvement concepts
  • Interest in business operations and project coordination
