About the role
Texas Mutual is a leading company dedicated to creating a safe Texas through its adjusters. The position involves conducting claim investigations and administering benefits according to the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and DWC rules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct claim investigations under limited supervision.
- Administer benefits in accordance with the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and rules of the Division of Workers' Compensation.
- Use critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to manage claims effectively.
- Provide technical assistance and expertise to the team.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims for Level II positions; at least 4 years for Senior Level positions.
- A current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.
- Prior Texas-specific workers' compensation claims experience preferred.

Pay
The base pay range is $69,999.20 - $104,628.30 per year, with a flexible hybrid work schedule that includes remote work and office collaboration opportunities.
