Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Participate in litigation by preparing for and attending trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes.
- Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Advocate effectively for clients while collaborating within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.
- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and court appearances in workers' compensation matters.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
