Workers Compensation Specialist
About the role
As our Workers' Compensation Specialist, you will assist in supporting injured employees and ensuring efficient operations. You will liaison between the third-party administrator and injured employees, managing modified duty placement, coordinating transitional duty, and ADAAA accommodations.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to employee well-being and program compliance.
Responsibilities
- Liaison between the third-party administrator and injured employees
- Manage modified duty placement
- Coordinate transitional duty and ADAAA accommodations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of experience in Worker's Compensation, Human Resources, or related field in lieu of the degree
- Familiar with Google and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to prepare and present presentations
- Critical analysis skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation
