About the role
Ideal candidates will have Lead or Supervisory experience in Workers' Compensation, jurisdictional knowledge and expertise in any location. This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Dedicate efforts to offering exclusive customer care services tailored to the needs of our client base, specializing in worker's compensation claims.
- Engineer customized client audits, monitor performance metrics, provide technical training, and assist branches in meeting client expectations.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations.
- Oversee resources and direct reports, including development of trend analysis, producing/delivering training, and conducting both internal and external audits.
- Prepare executive reports, monthly oversight reports, and review/develop processes of branch handling to improve claim outcomes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree desired).
- Minimum of 7 years related Worker's Compensation claims experience, with both medical and indemnity experience.
- Previous auditing experience.
- Captive experience is preferred.
- Strong process management and direct leadership skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of claims management.
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Pay
The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end for this position. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
