About the role
The Quality Performance Lead is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality across all operations. This includes overseeing quality control processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new quality management systems and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of raw materials and components.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control or related role.
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on quality metrics.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with quality inspection tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required for special projects.
