What’s a Typical Day

  • Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Managing a full caseload, including cases of increased severity, with well-developed action plans for timely resolutions.
  • Calculating and assigning appropriate reserves, processing claim payments, and preparing necessary state filings within statutory limits.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Illinois Workers' Compensation claims management experience (must have).
  • A High School Diploma/GED (required), with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Skilled in customer service and have a proven ability to handle technically difficult claims.
