Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine claim exposure.
• Manage a full caseload, including cases of increased severity, while developing action plans for timely and cost-effective resolutions.
• Calculate and assign appropriate reserves to claims, ensuring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of workers' compensation claims management experience (must have).
• A High School Diploma or GED (required); a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in handling workers’ compensation lost time claims and proficiency in managing claim recoveries.
