About the role

Workers' Compensation Defense firm established 37 years ago, seeking an attorney with some experience. Position is hybrid, located in Cypress near the intersections of the 405, 22, and 605 Freeways. Candidates must reside within a reasonable distance (maximum 25 miles).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload
• Communicate orally and in writing with adjusters, judges, and opposing counsel

Requirements

• Active Bar admission (required)
• Experience in workers' compensation defense preferred (training will be provided)
• Ability to reside within 25 miles of Cypress, CA
• Hybrid work arrangement

Pay

Salary range $75,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year, plus incentive bonuses and additional billing bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed.
