Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead | CA or NV license

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims with accurate investigation
• Manage litigation processes to ensure timely claims resolution
• Coordinate vendor referrals for investigation and litigation management
• Lead team meetings and assign accountability on follow-up items
• Gather compliance and claims information for team meetings and performance evaluations
• Assist in interviewing staff and providing feedback to hiring managers
• Support the team lead in reviewing adjuster workloads and suggesting adjustments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• CA or NV Workers Compensation license required
• Professional certification in a relevant line of business preferred
• Strong understanding of claims processes and regulations

$100,000 – $115,000 annually
