Pay

Salary: $180,000 – $240,000

Bonus Potential: $20,000 – $65,000+ (performance-based, tied to billables and referrals)

Schedule

Flexible billable target of 180–220 hours per month

Hybrid or fully remote work options

Requirements

• Active California Bar license
• Workers’ compensation defense experience preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
