Workday Time & Absence Sales Solution Architect
Role Description
The Workday Sales Solution Architect Lead II - Enterprise Solutions is a strategic and client-facing role with deep expertise in the Time Tracking and Absence modules of Workday. This role involves preparing and conducting effective solution demonstrations, creating tailored materials, and supporting client delivery to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge.
Opportunities
- Prepares and conducts effective solution demonstrations across multiple functional areas.
- Tailors materials and demos based on client needs and competitive landscapes.
- Develops and delivers relevant product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to support sales or marketing efforts.
- Collaborates with the customer base account team to understand and support client strategies.
- Supports client delivery to stay current in skills and Workday knowledge.
- Coordinates with product leads to ensure that latest solution developments and Workday release features are reflected in sales materials.
- Aids in building expertise in these areas.
Qualifications
- Current Workday Partner Certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence.
- Multiple end-to-end Workday implementations across functional or technical areas.
- Professional experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills in front of a technical, business, and executive audience.
- Ability to clearly communicate features and benefits to technical and business resources.

Compensation
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
