Workday Supply Chain - Sr Consultant

About the role

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in delivering cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday and Infor to transform finance and supply-chain processes. Our teams leverage Deloitte’s extensive expertise to deliver lasting results for our clients, collaborating closely with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams
• Identify and document business requirements
• Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping)
• Test and user training
• Define support procedures
• Coordination of schedules
• Create documentation and collateral
• Create and execute test/use cases
• Configure Workday software
• Assist with prioritization and sequencing of workstream efforts
• Assist project leadership as required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday SCM/ERP finance domain
• 2+ years of experience leading SCM workstreams and project teams
• Workday SCM Professional certification or ability to obtain upon joining
• Minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday SCM implementation
• Demonstrated knowledge in some combination of the following: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on the work and client needs
• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent professional experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Functional knowledge around SCM systems and processes
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
• Experience as a lead and mentor to junior staff
• Presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

Benefits

Deloitte offers a competitive salary range for this role, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and organizational needs. The range is $116,000 to $229,100. Additionally, there may be opportunities for participation in a discretionary annual incentive program, contingent upon individual and organizational performance.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
