Job Specifications

  • Minimum Required Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or administering large-scale ERP systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
    • Proven experience leading and managing ERP Financial implementations, post-production support, system upgrades or large-scale enhancement projects.
    • Deep understanding of financial processes and operations (i.e. AP, AR, GL, internal controls) including GAAP compliance, financial close, balance sheet, procurement lifecycles, financial accounting close process including journal entries and financial statements, financial reporting and compliance.
    • Proficiency with reporting and analytic skills, including custom reporting, dashboards, data analysis, calculated fields and system-generated reporting tools).
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
    • Experience supporting ERP system integrations with third-party platforms that include banking, payroll, procurement, general ledger and balance sheet.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and industry specific manuals.
    • Proven ability & experience in testing solutions in demo or sandbox environment before implementation or deployment.
  • PREFERRED:
    • Grant or Fund Accounting experience.

  • Background requirements determined according to the requirements of the program(s) which the position will be supporting.
  • Background check required.
  • As a grant-funded Agency supporting Children and Family Services, CCRC conducts background checks commensurate with the role to verify candidate qualifications (criminal history, employment history / experience, education, reference checks) and ensure grant compliance.

Work Schedule

Hybrid schedule. This position is full time, typically M-F, ability to at times work a non-traditional work schedule including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Work Environment

Standard office environment with moderate level of background noise.

Salary Range

$134,000 - $160,000 annually
