About the role
The Workday Integration Specialist supports Priceline's global employee population in optimizing design and configuration of Workday to deliver efficient people processes. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely employee data for internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Supports “Tier 2” Workday Business Process configuration, Report creation, Security assignments, and Integration development and issue resolution for Global HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent.
- Designs, configures, tests, and implements Workday and HRIS System integrations, security, custom reports, and business processes aligned with evolving business needs and automation opportunities.
- Maintains and supports active integrations, responds to stakeholder service requests, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicates technical ideas and solutions to non-technical end-users on HR systems-related questions, tasks, projects, and reports.

- Collaborates with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware.
- Serves as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.
- Ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and collaborates with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
- Supports system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working with Workday HCM Configuration, Integrations, Security, Calculated Fields, and Reporting.
- Sound understanding and experience of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, Document Transformation, and BIRT.
- PICOF experience is a plus.
- Expertise in data transformation languages including XSLT, XTT/ETVSolid understanding of Workday SOAP and REST web service directories and related security domains (preferably in HCM domains).
- Familiarity with XML and JSON preferred.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Workday certification preferred.

Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
