About the role
Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully:
- gather and document client business requirements
- design and configure the Workday solution
- demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems
- assist in testing the Workday solution
- complete knowledge transfer to clients
Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge
Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support
Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects.

Requirements
- Current Workday Partner HCM and/or Recruiting certification
- 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional human resources experience
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Able to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously (a plus)

Pay
$60,000 - $90,000
Schedule
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
