About the role
The Workday Senior Certified Payroll Consultant Developer II - Enterprise Solutions role at UST is responsible for providing expertise in the Workday Payroll (including Absence or Time Tracking) product suite. This includes leading the configuration and deployment process, assisting in data conversion, and mentoring new consultants.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client business requirements
- Design and configure the Workday solution
- Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
- Assist in testing the Workday solution
- Complete knowledge transfer to clients
- Work with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday
- Aid the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
- Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support
- Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices
- Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production
- Provide regular status reports to the project managers
Requirements
- Current active Workday Partner Payroll Certification
- 2+ years implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking

- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously (a plus)
