Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Translate complex payroll requirements into elegant Workday configurations.
- Innovate & Optimize: Identify process gaps, propose enhancements, and implement system improvements.
- The Technical Craft: Build and refine Calculated Fields, custom Dashboards, and Advanced Reports for real-time visibility.
- Lead the Way: Share "Lessons Learned" and best practices to guide clients through Workday's evolving landscape.
- Consulting Excellence: Manage multiple concurrent projects with high autonomy, maintaining a trusted "Point of View."
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Payroll (Implementation or AMS).
- Data Driven: Advanced Excel skills and a passion for technical troubleshooting.
- Clear Communicator: Explain complex technical logic to non-technical business partners.
- The Owner Mindset: Analyze problems, present solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
