Workday Senior Certified HCM Consultant, Peakon

About the role

With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution with a focus on Peakon, to meet the specific needs of the client.
• Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise.
• May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients and speak at conference.

Requirements

This remote role can be located anywhere within the United States or Canada to perform the required responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current Workday Partner Peakon Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time and Absence, Payroll.
• 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Functional human resources experience
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Able to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously (a plus)
