About the role
UST is seeking a Workday HCM Senior Consultant, Lead II to ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet specific client needs. The role involves leading the deployment process, assisting in client data conversion, integrating with other systems, mentoring new consultants, and facilitating client adoption of Workday best practices.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client business requirements
- Design and configure the Workday solution
- Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems
- Aid in testing the Workday solution
- Complete knowledge transfer to clients
- Work with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday
- Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a role model
- Resolve complex tasks/requirements when needed
- Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects
- Facilitate clients' adoption of Workday best practices
Requirements
- Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other HCM solution certification
- 2 - 4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional human resources experience
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously (a plus)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Passport and ability to travel internationally (expected travel is +/-25%)

Pay
Expected salary range: $74,000 - $111,000
