About the role

Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully:

  • gather and document client business requirements
  • design and configure the Workday solution
  • demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems
  • assist in testing the Workday solution
  • complete knowledge transfer to clients

Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday

Aid the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions

Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge

Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support

Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects

Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll/Time & Absence)

Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other of the following HCM solutions: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll, Time and Absence.
  • 2 - 4+ years of WD configuration and implementation experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Functional human resources experience
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously (a plus)

Qualifications

  • Expected travel is +/-25% depending on project
  • Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.

Benefits

  • Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.

$60,000 - $90,000
