Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday security solutions across different business functions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve any issues affecting operations or user experience.
- Support security audits and access control certification processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Evaluate Workday releases and recommend adoption of new features and practices.
- Support Workday integrations, reporting, and data movement tools.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in Workday security configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of the Workday security model, including security groups and integration security.
- Experience with Workday integrations and data movement tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs and single sign-on technologies (preferred).
- Workday Pro Certification and experience with Workday Prism Analytics (preferred).

The pay range for this role is $37 - $72 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
