Senior Workday Security Administrator

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Provide expertise in security architecture and ensure access controls and compliance
• Maintain a business perspective to support operational goals and user needs
• Ensure high standards of quality through thorough testing and validation
• Collaborate across multiple projects, balancing priorities and timelines
• Mentor other engineering team members and promote knowledge sharing
• Evaluate and propose enhancements based on new Workday features and technologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday security administration experience
• Mastery in creating, maintaining, and auditing various security groups
• Proficient in configuring security policies and securing Workday web services
• Strong knowledge of authentication policies, SAML SSO, and Multi-Factor Authentication
• Enterprise experience in ensuring scalable, least-privileged access aligned with compliance
• Skilled in supporting platform releases, including regression testing and change management
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
